Controvertida película donde un perro blanco es una alegoría para denunciar las conductas racistas de la sociedad norteamericana.... Una joven actriz llamada Julie Sawyer atropella a un perro pastor alemán de color blanco, quedando a su cuidado al mismo tiempo que intenta buscar a su dueño.El perro se muestra en todo momento cariñoso y protector con Julie, pero ésta ha advertido un comportamiento extraño en el can: su conducta pacífica cambia cuando se encuentra ante un hombre o mujer de raza negra. Ha sido adiestrado desde cachorro para convertirle en un 'perro blanco'.
